4. Purchase of Products

All products displayed on the Service are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Product prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
All purchases are intended for personal use only. Resale or commercial distribution of our products without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by any individual, household, or order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver products only within India.

We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, Civaq Life Care LLP shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

No Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of nutraceutical products and hygiene and safety requirements, opened, used, tampered, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund will be provided only if:

The wrong product is delivered.
The product is received in a damaged condition.
The product seal is broken or tampered with upon delivery.
An expired product is delivered.
Items are missing from the package.

To be eligible, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or an unboxing video as supporting evidence.

Refund Timeline

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days after approval.

Weight Loss Results Disclaimer

Individual weight management results vary based on factors such as diet, exercise, metabolism, lifestyle, and adherence to the recommended usage. Refunds will not be provided solely because the expected results were not achieved.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, product descriptions, designs, trademarks, software, videos, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Civaq Life Care LLP or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Civaq Life Care LLP shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, payment gateway failures, courier delays, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from any claim relating to the Service or any product shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
